I got my first photography book when I was eight and looked set to embark on a career in the visual arts.
Around my tenth birthday I veered off course with dreams of driving an ice-cream truck (which my family delight in bringing up every Christmas, birthday, Tuesday). Family, if you're reading this, for the love of God ………..
Aaaaaanyway, the eight year old stubbornly held her ground and stuck an "open for business" sign in the ground in 2008.

I watch people.
I love documentaries.
When my son climbs onto the bed around 8am it feels like Christmas morning.
I am not an early riser (see previous point).
I'll always get a good seat while my husband politely waits in line. (He's English).
My drink of choice is vodka with cranberry juice.
I have a cat called Rattyboy!
I take my job seriously but not myself. Actually that's not entirely true cos I can be a bit intense but I'm talking to someone about that.
I have the best job in the world.
